We’re currently dealing with an increase in repair requests following the damage caused by Storm Eunice last month. Whilst we deal with this increase in requests, please be aware we unfortunately may need to rearrange some non-urgent appointments at short notice - we'll let you know if this affects you. There's no need to contact us and we’ll be in touch as soon as we can to rebook these repairs. Any new routine repairs can be reported in the usual way.
Our emergency repairs, communal repairs and safety checks all continue as usual and will be completed within our published timescales.
For those customers who’ve been heavily affected by storm damage, we’ve been in regular contact to ensure they have the latest information on what we’re doing to ensure their safety and welfare and to make sure they’re updated on their property and any necessary actions that need to take place. We’ll continue to provide regular updates to these customers.
