Equality impact assessments

An Equality Impact Assessment (EqIA) is a way to make sure any changes to policies, projects, or services are fair and inclusive for all customers.
It involves gathering evidence, listening to different perspectives, and spotting any barriers or unintended negative effects early on. This helps us take action to avoid discrimination, support inclusion, and improve services for everyone.
