Land opportunities

We’ve a significant new-build programme and are always on the lookout for new development opportunities

Do you have some land to sell?

The land we buy makes a difference to individual families and communities. If you’ve got some land, which has planning permission for homes or potential for planning permission, we really want to hear from you.

Why sell to us?

We’re well-known in the market as developers of affordable homes, who specialise in bringing new opportunities to people who live in our local communities.

We have a successful track record of developing sites – and using them to change people’s lives and improve their wellbeing.

But we’re different to a mainstream house builder as our team has expertise in everything from private market sale to affordable rent and shared ownership homes. We’re flexible in our approach and happy for you, as the landowner, to be involved right through to winning planning permission.

Other benefits we offer are...

Service

We’ll give you professional, friendly advice. And react quickly by giving you a prompt decision

Value

We’ll offer a competitive land price and have good relationships with local planning and housing teams

Community-focussed

We’re part of the community and speak to local people about our plans (and listen to their opinions)

We’ve vast experience in a variety of land opportunities. This includes:

  • Joint ventures, where we shared the financial and planning risk, such as at our Chapel Gate development with homebuilders at Barratt
  • Straight land purchases like Goch Way
  • Subject to planning site purchases, where we’ll work with the landowner to get planning permission and if we’re successful, we’ll buy the site
  • Working with major housebuilders, like on the Dilly Lane development, which means we can help develop large brand-new sites where we both invest in land jointly with them

What we’re after

We’re interested in any brownfield (previously developed land) or greenfield (undeveloped land) sites regardless of their current planning status or size. If you have some land to sell, we’d really like to hear from you
