Important update for customers who claim Universal Credit

If you’re one of our customers who claim Universal Credit, you’ll need to update your details on your account with any changes to your rent and service charges. You’ll need to use your new rent and service charges for April 2022 onwards to update your account.

You can do this when you get a ‘to do’ reminder from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)This will be on or after the 1 April if your rent is charged monthly, or 4 April if weekly.

You’ll need to confirm the following details:

1. Date of change

2. Rent amount

changes to your rent

3. Eligible service charges amount

changes to your service charges
