Every year many companies across the UK look to understand how their employees feel about their organisation and understand how engaged they are to be part of the journey.  Gaining this level of insight is more than completing a survey, it provides a real sense of the level of engagement employees are experiencing.

The previous achievement of a 1* rating in the Best Companies survey in 2021 was great, but there was more to do.  Taking our people’s views on board, it was about pushing ahead to become a 2* company in 2023.

VIVID’s puts its ranking in the top 100 down to positive employee engagement playing a significant driver to delivering great customer outcomes. Getting involvement across the whole organisation about where we all play a part in where we want to be and come along for the journey.
