Seen unsafe driving in your community? You can report it online

Before you report, make sure: 

• You can provide the date, time, location, and vehicle registration 

• The incident happened within the last 7 days 

• Your footage is unedited and includes 1 minute before and after the incident 

• Footage isn’t shared on social media 

• You note the correct details in your form if your dashcam date/time is wrong 

How to report: 

• Complete the online reporting form here

• You’ll receive a unique link to upload your footage (within 72 hours) 

What happens next? 

Police review your evidence and decide: 

• Formal action 

• Written warning 

• No further action
