Following the Government’s social housing white paper, the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) is creating a set of four consumer standards and a Code of Practice to go with them. The standards set expectations that social housing landlords must meet and that the RSH will seek assurance against. The Code of Practice gives examples of the sorts of things landlords should think about to meet the standards.
The RSH would now like to know how you feel about the proposed four consumer standards and Code of Practice, with a deadline of 17 October 2023 to share your views.
Details of the proposed consumer standards, Code of Practice and how to share your views can be found here.
If you’re unable to use the RSH consultation process or would like to share your views direct to us, you can do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
