Following the Government’s social housing white paper, the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) is creating a set of four consumer standards and a Code of Practice to go with them. The standards set expectations that social housing landlords must meet and that the RSH will seek assurance against. The Code of Practice gives examples of the sorts of things landlords should think about to meet the standards. 

The RSH would now like to know how you feel about the proposed four consumer standards and Code of Practice, with a deadline of  17 October 2023 to share your views.
