Following the Government’s social housing white paper, the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has been creating a new system for assessing how well social housing landlords in England are doing at providing good quality homes and services. The RSH would now like to know how you feel about the tenant satisfaction measures they’re proposing, with a deadline of up to 3 March 2022 to share your views.
