Over the May Bank Holiday 2022, there’ll be some changes to our customer contact centre opening hours:

Friday 29 April - Our customer contact centre will close at 4:30pm. Our normal out of hours service is available for emergencies on 0800 652 0898.

Saturday 30 April to Tuesday 3 May at 8:30am - Emergency out of hours service.

Tuesday 3 May - Customer contact centre opens at 8:30am and usual services continue.
