We’ve committed to encouraging nature to our estates as part of our new sustainability strategy. 

We’re developing plans to create natural spaces including planting more trees, growing wildflower meadows, installing bird boxes/feeders and providing food growing areas. Improving natural spaces on our estates will help to make our homes better places to live by encouraging wildlife and providing spaces for recreation and children’s play. 

Natural spaces and trees can bring so many benefits such as improved air quality, essential shading for our homes during hot summers, reduced risk of flooding and improved mental health for residents.
