On Thursday 14 May we welcomed customers down to the Dickinson Centre in Leigh Park, Havant. It marked the end of a week of activity around Leigh Park, where we knocked on 84 doors in the area to hear what matters most to our customers.
People told us they value a strong sense of community with good neighbours, quiet streets and local shops and conveniences. We’ll use this feedback to work on our neighbourhoods and our customer service where we can. Past feedback has already led to new service standards and support for 40 local projects.
We aim to support you where needed and adjust as best we can, it’s one of our customer promises. If we can’t help, we’ll connect you with trusted organisations and people who can. With groups of different teams represented at our roadshows, we offer advice on everything from your online account to issues with green spaces. Trusted local groups are also available, offering support on everything from employment assistance to general wellbeing.
