Get involved, be engaged

We want to be able to listen to every customer's voice, involve 100% of customers who want to be involved and to act on customer views and suggestions where we can so we're delivering the services and communities you want.

We have a number of ways you can get involved:

  • send us a message or give us a call on 0800 652 0898 and ask for a member of the Customer Engagement Team
  • take part in surveys
  • join one of our focus groups and forums
  • attend a local residents' group or help us form a residents' group in your area
  • come along to a local roadshow near you
  • help us select the contractors who deliver some of our maintenance and home improvement services
  • become a neighbourhood volunteer
  • help neighbours get online as a digital mentor
  • join VIVID Impact - our scrutiny panel run by customers on behalf of customers


We’re always looking for more customers who'd like to join VIVID Impact. The panel’s made up entirely of VIVID customers who attend regular meetings to monitor, scrutinise and constructively challenge our performance, hold our Board to account on service delivery and also provide feedback to customers.

Become a neighbourhood volunteer

Would you like to make a difference where you live and help us by monitoring our services?

We're looking for neighbourhood volunteers to carry out monthly walkabouts in their area to:

  • Look out for any communal repairs or issues
  • Keep an eye on the standards of our caretaking, cleaning and grounds maintenance
  • Help us to understand how it feels to live in the area
