We’ve listened to you and we’re making it simpler and easier to contact us

You told us that it’s important for you to be able to contact us easily and to answer any queries that you have quickly. So later this month we’re launching some new and improved ways for you to contact us that will improve our service in these areas.

The new ways to contact us include:

  • Our new online account - which is more modern, easy to use and mobile friendly. It'll allow you to solve queries on the go, pay your rent securely, raise and track your repai and get the latest updates and respond to your enquiries!

  • Ask our chatbot a question, and if it can’t find the answer, you’ll be put through to live chat with one of our Customer Experience Advisors - if needed we can move to a video call

  • Message us on WhatsApp, and if you can’t find the answer to your query, one of our advisors can help you

  • Or, if you prefer to phone us, our Customer Experience team are still here to answer your calls

  • You’ll also be able to find better, clearer information on our website, which will help you to find the answer to your query without having to contact us.

As we’ve developed these new ways to contact us, we’ve tested them with customers to ensure they’re user friendly. We’re pleased that feedback has been really positive – one of our customers said: “The new online account’s great – I love all the new features!”
