We’re committed to being open and transparent and making it easier for you to find information about your home and the services you receive.
From 1 October 2026, new requirements called Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs) will mean housing providers must publish more information about how they’re performing, how decisions are made and how services are delivered.
Then, from 1 April 2027, you’ll also be able to request certain information about the management of your home and housing services.
We already publish most of the information covered by STAIRs, but these new requirements will make it easier to find and access the information that matters to you.
