We’re really committed to understanding our customers’ needs, as this will help us improve the service we provide for you. To do this, we’re undertaking a research project to gain insight into our customers’ lives, experiences, strengths and challenges.
We’ve partnered with Grand Union Housing Group, where a group of our customers will be contacted by the market research company Maru or PFA Research to complete an email or telephone survey. The survey is optional, but we’d really appreciate it if you could take part. We only need a limited number of customers to complete the survey, so you may not be contacted.

This will start on the 17 January and continue into February.

What do we do with your feedback?
We’ll analyse your feedback to draw out common themes, to better understand our customers and their needs. Please note, responses will be anonymous and confidential, and we won’t be able to identify individual respondents. This then feeds into our ongoing improvement work to ensure we’re delivering the most appropriate service.
Are your details safe?
Maru is an independent market research agency who carry out the survey on our behalf. They won’t use your contact details for any other reason. All information that’s shared with them is encrypted and is in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018.
