Our customer influence celebration event

On Tuesday 14 April, we welcomed nearly 40 of our customers to a special event in Winchester to celebrate the influence they’ve had on our services, and to help direct the future of our customer service. These customers have been some of the most involved in giving feedback, helping to make sure we’re providing you the best service possible. 


This work feeds into our commitment to listen, understand, learn and act on your feedback, and these customers have volunteered their time to help improve the services we offer. As part of our work with them we have created new service standards, support for 40 projects across the business, and 3 roadshows where we knocked on over 900 doors so we could meet you and gather your feedback.


This event was a great opportunity to thank our involved customers for all their hard work so far, improving their experience with us - not only for themselves, but for you as well. We’re excited to see what comes next.
