We’ve just started our next round of perception surveys, to collect the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs), a set of measures set by the Regulator of Social Housing to provide you with greater transparency about our performance. This year we’ve moved to a mixed methods approach to enable you to respond by email or by telephone.
TLF Research, an independent market research agency, carry out the perception survey on our behalf. The survey will take place from the beginning of May through to the end of June. If you receive a phone call or an email, we'd be grateful if you would take the time to provide your feedback. Your feedback is very important to us. Last year you told us we need to call you back when we say we will, carry out repairs quicker and keep better notes on our system to avoid you having to repeat yourselves. We’re focusing on improving those things and are looking to make further improvements to other areas of our service in 2025/26.
We are due to publish our 2024/25 results shortly in our Customer Annual Review so please look out for that.
