You should’ve received your rent review letter from us, and we wanted to remind you that if you claim Universal Credit, you need to update your journal with any changes. You can do this when you get a ‘To Do’ on your journal. This will be on or after the 1 April if your rent is charged monthly, or 5 April if weekly. 

You’ll need to confirm the following details: 

1. Date of change
2. Rent amount
3. Eligible service charges amount
