We’re working on an exciting new research project in partnership with the University of Birmingham. We’ll be exploring the impact the quality of your home and the environment has on your wellbeing and experience of the home.

We’ll be sending a survey out to a selection of customers by email. The survey is optional but if you do hear from us, we would really appreciate 10-15 minutes of your time to complete it. As a thank you for taking part you will have the option of being entered into a prize draw.

We view research as important in helping to shape our future strategy, influencing how we and others in the sector improve. It’s a key part of ensuring we deliver the right homes and services to make the best impact on our customer’s lives.
