We’ve developed 45 new homes, providing 16 social rent homes and 29 shared ownership homes.
This project provides a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats and 2 bedroom houses. All homes benefit from solar panels to maximise energy efficiency.
The site is near a public recreation area for residents to enjoy.
This is a Section 106 site with extra affordable homes. The total scheme cost is £13.4m.
