In this vibrant urban setting, we’ve transformed a former pub called ‘The Big Cheese’ into much needed social housing.
We’ve developed 10 homes for social rent, all are 3 bedroom units.
All the homes benefit from solar panels, which can help reduce energy costs for customers. And there’s some nice little extras such as power sockets, outside taps and sheds in all the gardens.
This is a 100% affordable home site, with a total scheme cost of £2.6 m.
