We have developed 37 new homes in Kitchers Close in Hythe. The homes are set in a beautiful location, 5 minutes from the New Forest National Park.
This whole site was delivered as affordable housing. These new homes include 12 affordable rent homes and 25 shared ownership homes, ranging from 2 to 4 bedroom houses.
All the homes were constructed using a structural insulation panel system, which provides exceptional insulation and can help to reduce customers energy bills.
Residents also benefit from 5 new allotment plots and an area of public open space to enjoy.
This is a 100% affordable home site. with a total scheme cost of £10m.
