Leading housing association, VIVID, is delighted to announce the appointment of Mike Shepherd as Chief Investment Officer.
Mike brings over two decades of leadership in housing and real estate investment, combining deep sector expertise with a stellar track record of delivering transformative, large-scale development and investment strategies. His experience spans complex projects and innovative funding models that have driven growth and long-term value.
Most recently, Mike was Investment Director at Man Group, where he led on high-impact investment initiatives and strategic, long-term partnerships to create new opportunities for the delivery of sustainable mixed tenure homes using institutional capital.
Prior to that, he had a fantastic track record as Executive Director at VIVID leading the organisation’s growth through its ambitious development programme, joint ventures and asset management.
