Leading housing association VIVID is proud to share that the Regulator of Social Housing has reaffirmed its highest ratings for governance (G1) and financial viability (V1) in its latest review, published today (17 December 2025).
This continues VIVID’s track record of top ratings since it was established in 2017. They represent the highest benchmark in the housing sector and reaffirm the housing association’s position as a financially robust organisation with exceptional governance standards.
