This new phase bordered onto an area of historic woodland and has been delivered with Homes for Eastleigh.
We’ve developed 65 new homes, which provide 15 homes for affordable rent, 42 for market rent and 8 for shared ownership. The site offers a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom flats, as well as 2 and 3 bedroom houses.
All homes are constructed using timber frame, with all houses incorporating solar panels as well high efficiency gas combination boilers, offering energy saving additions to these homes.
This site was developed with affordable homes with a total scheme cost of £5.4m.
