The Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties site delivered 155 new homes in total, with VIVID providing 62 affordable homes as the affordable element of the Section 106 agreement.
We delivered 23 homes for affordable rent, 14 for social rent and 25 for shared ownership. These properties include 1 and 2 bedroom flats, 2 bedroom maisonettes and 3 and 4 bedroom houses.
The homes are in a great location - the village borders the beautiful South Downs National Park. It’s within the catchment area of Bohunt Secondary School which has an outstanding rating from Ofsted. And there’s a small play area on site for families to enjoy.
The homes benefit from photo voltaic panels, which provide a proportion of free electricity to customers, helping to reduce energy costs.
The total scheme cost was £11m.
