91 new homes were delivered in total on this development, in phases, with VIVID providing 36 homes.
There’s a mix of 11 affordable rent homes, 13 social rent homes, and 12 shared ownership homes. The homes range from 2 to 4 bedroom units.
The development is within walking distance to Denmead village centre and all the facilities on offer there.
Some of the homes have been fitted with solar panels, to help reduce energy costs.
