We developed 21 new homes in an exciting agreement between VIVID and Hampshire Homes
This 2-phase project developed 21 new homes on the site, offering 14 social rent homes and 7 shared ownership homes. The project was funded by a Homes England Grant Fund.
The homes will include 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses.
There’s several Tree Preservation Orders around the site, to both protect the local environment and wildlife in the area and offer green spaces for our customers to enjoy.
This a 100% affordable housing site. The total scheme cost is £6.5m.
