We developed 94 new homes in Havant on the former Colt International site on New Lane
This site provided much-needed affordable homes for the area and was completed in spring 2023.
This exciting multi-phase project delivered 94 new homes, a mix of flats and 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes, of which 71 were for social rent and 23 for shared ownership.
The houses were built using timber frame, allowing for a fast development and great insulation. The two blocks of flats were built using traditional construction.
This is a 100% affordable home site. The total scheme cost was £22m.
