As part of a joint venture scheme with Foreman Homes, we developed 85 new homes in the village of Oakley.
These new homes included 33 private sale homes, 21 affordable rent homes and 31 shared ownership homes. The homes range from 1 and 2 bed maisonettes, to 2, 3 and 4 bed houses, providing a range of options for the community
This was a Section 106 site plus extra affordable homes, with a total scheme cost of £15.8M.
