We worked with Wokingham Borough Council and Bewley Homes as part of a phased redevelopment of Arborfield Garrison and the adjoining land.
The redevelopment has bought new homes and facilities to the area, including retail units, leisure facilities, schools and green spaces for the community to enjoy.
This development is in the lovely rural area of Arborfield Green.
We developed 14 new homes as part of the project. Providing 10 homes for social rent and 4 for shared ownership. These properties include 1 and 2 bedroom flats, and 3 bedroom houses.
This a Section 106 site with a total scheme cost of £2.4m.
