This is an exciting development that involves a joint venture between Vestal Developments and Foreman Homes, with the affordable homes being provided by VIVID.
The development will deliver 242 new homes of which 181 will be for an affordable tenure, bringing much needed affordable housing to the area. It will offer a variety of homes, with 34 affordable rent homes, 56 social rent homes, 91 shared ownership homes and 61 for private sale.
These homes will consist of 1 and 2 bedroom flats, as well as 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses.
This a Section 106 site plus extra affordable homes. With a total scheme cost of £50.4m
