Adding to the developments we have in the community, we’re developing a further 55 new homes on the Old Mansion site on the edge of the North Stoneham Park development
The site is located south of our North Stoneham Park development. It’ll deliver a further 55 new homes, all set in a pretty historic woodland, close to Stoneham fishing lakes and Stoneham Golf Club.
The development will include a mix of affordable homes with private sales homes.
