This site consists of 28.7 hectares of land to the northwest of Basingstoke town centre. In total the site will deliver 784 homes, commercial units and public open space.
We’re developing the affordable housing element, providing 188 social rent homes and a further 125 shared ownership homes over 6 phases. These homes will include 1 and 2 bedroom flats and 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses.
This a Section 106 site with a total scheme cost of £4.1m.
