Kingston Prison site

We’re delivering 183 affordable homes in the grounds of the former Kingston Prison. The prison itself is being redeveloped by a private developer, St Cross Homes. 

We’re delivering 110 social rent homes and 73 shared ownership homes (all reserved), which will be a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom flats. 

There will be a courtyard style green space that all blocks look over, with plenty of cycle storage and a minimum of 1 parking space per property. 

The original walls of the prison yard are a special feature and have been retained as much as possible.   

This is a 100% affordable site, with a total scheme cost of £35.5m.
