In a joint venture scheme with Foreman Homes, we're developing 93 new homes in Whitchurch

Evingar Road phase 1 will be completed in November 2024

We're developing 93 new homes, over 2 phases. With 26 for affordable rent, 4 for social rent, 25 for shared ownership and 38 for private sale.  

These homes will be a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom flats and 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses. 

The development is in a great location – just a 5 minute drive from Whitchurch town centre. And it will include an open space ‘kick about area’ for families to enjoy. 

It’s designed around existing allotments and a bridleway, and will be accessed through an existing housing development. 

The site benefits from solar panels fitted on the roof of the block of flats, and solar powered street lighting. This helps maximise energy efficiency and reduces the cost of electricity for customers.  

This is a Section 106 site with extra affordable homes and open market sale. The total cost of the scheme is £27.4m.
