We’re developing 120 new homes in the village of Rownhams, just on the outskirts of Southampton
This development is part of a bigger project by Taylor Wimpey to provide a total of 320 new homes in this community.
These 120 homes are all for affordable tenures. With 37 for shared ownership, 63 for affordable rent and 20 for social rent.
There will be a mix of homes, ranging from 2 bed flats to 4 bedrooms houses – offering options for everyone.
Customers will benefit from a large play park in the centre of the scheme, as well as allotments and open spaces. And there’s a large natural green space to the north of the site which provides residents and the local community with nice walking routes.
The homes will also have good transport links, with quick access to the M27.
This a Section 106 site with a total scheme cost of £19.5m
