We’re working in partnership with Bloor Homes on a multi-phase housing project on the site of the former Basingstoke Golf Club.
The project will deliver almost 500 homes over the next 10 years. In the first phase we developed 91 new homes, 75 for affordable rent and 16 shared ownership homes. These homes are a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom flats and 3 and 4 bedroom houses. And 6 of the homes will have minor adaptations for mobility needs. Phase 2 will provide a further 114 homes by June 2025 and will offer new 2-bedroom apartments and 2-bedroom shared ownership homes.
The site sits on the outskirts of Basingstoke within 5 minutes of the M3 motorway, offering great transport links.
This a Section 106 site with a total scheme cost of £16m.
