This project will deliver 102 homes across several phases. We’re developing 50 homes for affordable rent and 52 shared ownership homes.
These homes will be a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom flats and 2 to 4 bedroom houses.
Our work compliments wider development in this area, which includes plans for 2,000 homes in total, as well as community facilities, including a new primary school, retail store, health centre, car parking, recreation open space and more.
This a Section 106 site with a total scheme cost of £6.9m.
