This phase of the development brings 40 homes to the local area under a section 106 arrangement.
There will be 15 homes offering lower cost home ownership opportunities through the shared ownership scheme, and 25 homes for affordable rent.
The total scheme cost is £13m and we expect to complete phase 5 in Spring 2024.
