Improving our services

The Customer Service Committee plays an important role in ensuring that our customers are actively involved in decisions that impact them. We value our customers’ views and make sure they're able to influence and shape everything we do.

The Customer Service Committee oversees our service standards, monitoring their delivery, and ensures complaints are handled efficiently and fairly. 

One of the committee, Esi said "I've been a member for about a year. I joined because I strongly believe that if we want to make a difference, we have to be involved in the change. The process of getting involved was fairly easy and I was really impressed with the adjustments they put in place to support my access requirements. If you are passionate about shaping services for yourself and others, I strongly recommend you apply!"

Another committee member, Andrew, said "Getting involved was easy and VIVID were very welcoming offering good advice and information. It’s nice to get an insight into how it all works, it gives us an understanding that we wouldn’t have otherwise and it’s great to do our part to help improve it. If you’re interested I’d suggest getting involved, it’s good to be able to make an impact."
