We’ve vast experience in a variety of land opportunities. This includes:

• Joint ventures, where we share the financial and planning risk, such as at our Chapel Gate development with homebuilders at Barratt
• Straight land purchases like Goch Way 
• Subject to planning site purchases, where we’ll work with the landowner to get planning permission and, if we’re successful, we’ll buy the site
• Working with major housebuilders, like on the Dilly Lane development, which means we can help develop large new sites where we both invest in land jointly
