Bishops Green is a small village on the edge of Greenham Common near Newbury.
We owned 95 homes which were of poor quality, lacking in insulation, with insufficient parking and open space. Following extensive community consultation, we worked in partnership with Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council to regenerate the estate, provide a new community centre and large park, along with the high quality new homes.
