This rural development will provide 161 new homes with a unique style. With 78 affordable rent homes, 11 social rent homes and 72 shared ownership homes.
It will offer a mix of 1 and 2 bed flats, and 2, 3 and 4 bed homes.
The site is in a good location, only a mile from the centre of Chichester, with convenient bus links and a cycle route.
Many of the new street names are related to local artists, connecting the homes to the community.
This a Section 106 site plus extra affordable homes. With a total scheme cost of £37.9m.
