This day celebrates the positive impact of social housing and this year’s theme is ‘the tenants voice’. We highly value customer feedback as it helps shape our services. Did you know, between October 2017 and September 2018, we had feedback from 7,933 customers through different surveys? That’s almost 30% of our customers! This information helps us support customer wellbeing by targeting our services to their needs.
It’s World Mental Health Day today and our Chief Executive is really pleased to be signing the Time to Change pledge at lunchtime. The pledge commits us to making sure that there’s no stigma around mental health in the workplace.
It’s World Homeless Day today as well – a crucial cause to raise awareness of. We offer a range of services to help customers sustain their tenancies and live independently. In the last few months, our homeless prevention team worked really hard and provided support for 692 customers.
