VIVID has maintained its ratings of G1/V1 from the Regulator for Social Housing following a routine annual ‘stability check’. It’s the highest regulatory rating a housing association can achieve, with a G1 for governance and V1 for financial viability.

The Regulator refreshed its assessment of VIVID’s compliance earlier this month, a year after VIVID’s first in-depth assessment (IDA).

This decision reaffirms our position as an organisation that can deliver on this ambition.  We’ve confidence that our financial strategy and strength of our governance mean we can continue to build more homes and even brighter futures for our customers.
