Students from the University of Portsmouth’s Faculty of Business and Law are taking a look at innovative ideas for improving our customer service satisfaction.

Over 380 students are taking part in a consultancy project as a key part of their business degree, splitting into 75 project teams. A team of 4 undergraduates will be helping us with ideas for improving repairs and maintenance services. 

Our Head of Innovation Justin Crittall, says: “While we understand the role that creative thinking and innovation can have in achieving creating bright futures, working in partnership with local students is a great opportunity for us to work with young, creative minds to influence how we support our customers. We also hope we can support the students learning and help develop fresh business talent in the South.”

The team will be delivering their final presentations and recommendations to us in March 2019.
