Our new British Sign Language service

This week’s Deaf Awareness Week, and we’re delighted to launch our new sign language service for customers who use British Sign Language.

The service, provided by SignVideo, will enable you to contact us using British Sign Language via a live button on our new website. When you click the button (which you’ll find under here, on our accessibility page), you’ll be connected to an interpreter from SignVideo who will interpret your call.

Chantal Mitchell, Customer Experience Manager at VIVID, said: “We’re pleased to be offering this service to customer as part of ongoing commitment to providing an accessible customer service.”
