During the festive season, there will be some changes to our customer contact centre opening hours:

Tuesday 24 December - Our customer contact centre will close at 1pm. Our normal out of hours service is available for emergencies on 0800 652 0898

Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 December - Emergency out of hours service

Friday 27 to Tuesday 31 December - Customer contact centre open as usual, with our out of hours team covering services once the office has closed and over the weekend. Our opening hours are: Mon - Thur 8.30am - 5pm and  Fri 8.30am - 4.30pm

Wednesday 1 January - Emergency out of hours service

Thursday 2 January - Customer contact centre open and usual services continue.
