What you can expect when you sign up:

• Book repairs appointments - Log a repair at any time day or night, you can tell us at the touch of a button, without having to wait on the phone.*
• Reschedule repairs appointments - We understand that sometimes your plans need to be changed. So, rearranging your appointment can be done via your online account.
• Pay your rent - You can pay any time of day or night. And it’s simple, quick and easy to make a payment with your payment card. Payments will show on your account straight away, so you can check your balance immediately!
• Check your account balance – now there’s two ways. If you have an online account you can log in to view your payment history. Or simply text bal to 07860 063211.
• View a breakdown of your service charges - make sure you understand what you’re paying for and the services that we cover.
• Set up, update and manage your Direct Debits – there’s no need to call to set up a Direct Debit or visit the bank, you can manage your payments from your sofa or your bed!.
• Update your personal and household details – ensure that your details are correct, without having to wait on the phone.
